You cannot expect them to work continously. They too have their families. Their genuine leaves needs to be given but of course unplanned leaves creates havoc in the household ...dirty dishes..dirty house...piles of unwashed clothes.......

Maltreatment of domestic help

In yesterday's episode of Bandini there was a scene of a domestic help being maltreated. It made me think of their plight. do they deserve this kind of treatment? Simply, because you are their paymaster. They also have their dignity and that needs to be respected!!!

Role of a domestic help
